Biography

Richard P. Tricker is Of Counsel in Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg LLP’s California office. Mr. Tricker is an experienced trial attorney whose practice emphasizes representation of professionals, insurance companies, banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. His experience includes cases involving securities, corporate governance, real estate, insurance coverage, ERISA, bankruptcy, probate, professional liability and employment issues in state and federal courts in California and throughout the western United States. Mr. Tricker also has extensive appellate experience and has obtained numerous published appellate decisions.
