OUR CORPORATE ADVISORY GROUP

With increasing frequency, our clients retain us to draw on the sensibilities and expertise we develop through our litigation and insurance practices in order to assist them with the operation, management and administration of their businesses. In this capacity, we have drafted agreements for joint ventures, negotiated leases, reviewed licensing and franchising agreements, designed and implemented internal controls for securities broker-dealers, negotiated with state and Federal regulatory authorities, and prepared employee manuals and employment agreements, to name just a few of our more recent assignments.
